Becoming multilingual widens the possibilities to keep up with the technological and evolutionary changes that are happening with the arrival of the digital era. The current research has allowed the decoding of the English language in its complexity. iGMA has given to the “WORD” a readable facade. Introduction
The topic of “High Global Illiteracy Rates” is of universal concern and it requires to be confronted head-on. This topic can now be addressed by the international community because we have the formulas to begin the fight against the negative effects our current “ignorance epidemic” costs to each nation. World Wide Forced Migration is relatively linked to the current global illiteracy rates.
Newborn Technologies and ideas can be conceived with the arrival of this digital era, which can impact local and global cultures. An example of this is the INTERNET. This means that aside from the wealth represented by commodities out of the earth and labor force, today we can harvest potential value on what comes out of the human mind.
The current educational deficits, in relation to the evolution of other areas such as entertainment, telecommunications and marketing, have created a suitable environment for iGMA to inject its Formulas and improve global interaction, teaching approaches and learning gains. People find the need to become multilingual when they emigrate from one place to another. The greatest challenge humanity faces within a global culture is to be able to communicate. In this digital era we can start to enjoy the effects of globalization. With the arrival of every new invention, existential reality is recreated and it is required from us to make adjustments to patterns of thought and behavior. This new communication modality has arrived to set the tone for a universal culture that rescues dialects and languages that are part of human development and its own history.
To execute real changes in a world plagued by ignorance it is important to know the statistics. For example, in Los Angeles County by 2010, only 40% of 3rd graders could read effectively, less than 40% for Latino and afro-American children and only 17% for English Language learners. It is evident that American children suffer from illiteracy in their own language. Statistics like this project a future with high illiteracy rates that threatens the country’s collective and personal expectations. The U.S. is the nation of choice by immigrants from all over the world who are willing to pay the cost to reach it, even when the price could be “life itself”.
The 2010 release of Public Education Documentary “WAITING FOR SUPERMAN” by Paramount Pictures, illustrates the educational system “state of emergency”. It is evident that schools function as “factories of human dropouts and humans with degrees”. This documentary is based on the facts for the U.S; however, it’s not difficult to realize that there are many other countries in worst conditions.
Through American school gates comes out a minimum percentage of graduates that compete for limited job opportunities.
Through the same gate comes out a large percentage of students who see their dreams truncated by basic survival factors such as boring lectures, daily hunger, teen pregnancy, school desertion, insertion to organized crime, lack of real and profitable objectives, among other factors.
A large unknown percentage of human “talent and labor force” chooses to emigrate. Ignored by all governments, immigrants walk out from the family legacy and head out with the hope of a better life.
Unaccounted numbers of humans risk their lives while traveling the dangerous routes that will take them to their new and often marginal destinies. Unfortunately, millions of immigrants wake up to find a reality of discrimination and linguistic impotence that consumes their lives and possibilities of successful return to their homelands. Such situation is illustrated in the film production called ALAMBRISTA by Robert Young. World Forced Migration is a topic of great interest for iGMA and should also be a priority in the agendas of Human Rights Advocates. iGMA can improve the multicultural assimilation process.
Traditionally, scholastic institutions are determining student’s quality of life expectancy. This is to say that if a person has graduated from a prestigious university, a “good life” is fore-casted. By contrast; if a young person quits school, a failure perception is created and harsh life has to be matched with hard labor.
There are many reasons for global migration to exist. Some immigrate due to hunger; war, social instability, political persecution, but for the most part, the great majorities of these minority groups seek better options for personal and family success. Desperation forces people to immigrate in search of the “Light at the end of the tunnel”… and in many cases the attempt is deplorable or fatal.
Millions of humans from all corners of the world and of all the ages, but especially young people, decide to immigrate to a place far from their native homeland. In many cases these immigrants are illiterate in their native language and to obtain a second language challenge them with linguistic borders that could not easily be crossed with the current conventional tools. In many cases people never reach the level of confidence to communicate effectively because the “SELF-ESTEAM FACTOR” has seldom being activated for public and global environments. iGMA can change that at a global scale.
The high global illiteracy rates can be reduced and eventually eliminated. Research in the fields of Neuro-plasticity, cybernetics, electronics and instructional technology have lead me to formulate a series of mathematical algorithms that allows humanity to keep up with the evolution of artificial intelligence. Mathematically speaking, I have developed the formulas that can equip humanity with the tools to become multilingual fast, easy and effectively. For example FORMULA ONE, to Color-Code Reading. This formula included in the QLS, connects specific sounds with specific colors to obtain an easy, correct and effective pronunciation. This formula unveils the correct sound of each letter in every pronounceable word. This concept is unfolded with the following group of words: “Universal-Scientific-Grapho-Phonetic-Optic-Organic-Color-Coded-Digital-Reading-System”. To better understand where humanity is heading… we have to understand where we are coming from… 10 thousand years ago humanity transition from nomad to sedentary and adjustments had to be made to coexist in peace and continue evolution. Humanity had not advanced as fast as with the eve of the industrial revolution and thanks to the informational revolution we entered successfully in to the digital era. People have always migrated from one place to another. 2011 years ago human migration remained within each continent. Today, the rules of the game of life have changed and being multilingual is no longer a luxury but rather a necessity. Thanks to the Internet you can establish instant communication Worldwide; however, what’s the point of being able to travel physically or virtually if one can’t communicate in a multilingual modality?
Next, I will present LiteracySystems.com’s Objectives to eradicate World Illiteracy and to establish the 1st Global Linguistic Reform.
LiteracySystems.com has three main objectives to bring Light and Knowledge to human mentality.
One, is the systematic implementation of the QLS Formulas in order that they can prove effective in the process of local and global economic reconstruction. This can be achieved when the QLS Formulas Operating System in the form of software can filtrate all communication in all modalities providing multilingual communication skills.
The second objective is to create direct alliances with individuals, their families and governments while encouraging schools to implement the QLS throughout their curriculums. Once the digital or printed information is filtered with Formula ONE (Color-Code Reading), people will have a visual system that will allow effective reading while comprehension improves, as the environment becomes QLS Compliant.
The third objective is to establish a Universal Culture that respects and values cultural plurality. The global Community requires that multilingual people surf through technologic and multiracial environments effectively. The digital era creates new options for humanity to become pro-active in and out of their local communities. This mission seeks to prepare people for global interactions.
With this objectives, QLS expects to empower human talents in every community that, emigrate or not, but that can contribute to make a world of peace.
Now, I will elaborate on some of the areas that QLS seeks to intervene in order that local cultures can be enhanced through the transformation of living environments. QLS promotes World Peace, sustainability and multilingual cognitive development while embracing Technological Advancements to help switch mentalities from MONO to MULTI-LINGUAL.
Past, Present and Future
In the past, local communications affairs were limited due to geographical challenges; by the 17th Century, Newton realized that white light could be broken up with the prism. WHITE LIGHT could be broken into the light spectrum also known as rainbow; by 1449 Gutenberg invented printing press but his technologies limited him to white sheets of paper and dark ink.
Presently, the world has access to new forms of communications for local and global affairs. QLS brings about modern and efficient communications systems for both Human and Artificial intelligences. Modern computer technology and the “essence of creativity” enabled me to brake down the phonetic codes of human languages and dialects.
In the future QLS will deliver fresh perspectives to effectively modernize physical and digital environments to further improve understanding among world populations. With QLS compliant services, the world can become a playground where all people can communicate under a universal color-coded multilingual modality.
Global Migration
The critical necessity of millions of people all over the world to migrate from one area to another creates opportunities to enhance global and local multiracial, multiethnic and multilingual scenarios. Humans migrating or traveling form one geographic area to another have to deal with linguistic differences and challenges that reduce the possibilities of success. It is true that there is a direct correlation between schools desertion and crime. The trigger to this negative effect in most societies is their ineffective educational systems. For example, the usage of boring black ink texts, rather than motivating reading, discourages students from absorbing that information. All students need a fair chance; however during this digital era, such chance can be presented in a multilingual modality.
